We do not disclose nonpublic personal information to affiliates or nonaffiliated third parties, nor do we plan to, except as permitted by law. We only disclose this information when necessary to effect and administer the transactions and services under our agreement with our clients.

We will notify you of our privacy policy annually and if we make any changes to our policy we will notify you promptly.
